Account and Data Deletion Request
If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data created on the TelimNokat e-commerce platform, please follow the steps below:
How can I request deletion?
- Method 1 (In-App): Open the app, go to the profile tab, click on the area showing account details under "My Profile", click the "Delete my account" button at the bottom of the next page, and confirm.
- Method 2 (Email & Phone): If you don't have access to the app, send an account deletion request email to telimnokat@gmail.com specifying your registered phone number. You can also contact us at +993 61 46 25 47. Your request will be processed within 3 business days.
What happens to your data?
Once your account deletion is complete, the following will occur:
- Data to be deleted: Your profile information, saved addresses, favorite products, and personal login data will be completely removed from our servers.
- Data to be retained: Due to e-commerce laws and financial obligations, the financial history and invoice data related to your previous orders (anonymized) will continue to be kept in our accounting records for the legal retention periods.
